What it does
Our largest cooking torch. The burner is stainless steel, the grip is shaped like a pistol and a folding stand lets it rest between jobs without touching the table.
The flame runs at up to 3,550°F on MAP Pro fuel. Use it for bonfires, big charcoal beds and searing over a wide surface.
Good to know before you buy
- It weighs 2.6 lb before the cylinder. Plan for two hands on long jobs.
- It is overkill for a creme brulee.
- Outdoor use only. Cylinder not included.
